Shipping Policy
Shipping is free nationwide on all orders over $150. All shipments are sent via FedEx/DHL/USPS. In stock designs ship within 24-48 hours. Made-to-order designs ship within +/- 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are. Please inquire about turnaround times by sending an email to sales@knorts.com. All orders over $300 require a signature at delivery. We are not responsible for packages once a signature is received. If you request a 'no signature' delivery, you will be responsible for the package once the postal service marks it as delivered. We are not responsible for packages under $300 once they are marked as delivered by the postal service. Customer assumes responsibility to retrieve package from postal service if package is held at the the post office due to non-payment of import taxes (for international orders only), failure to provide signature upon delivery etc. Any return shipping charges that result will be charged to customer.
We ship internationally, however, the customer is responsible for the package once it leaves the United States. We will not be responsible for lost packages. International shipping duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping for International orders. Mail items back to us at the address written in the return address section of your package using any trackable shipping method. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once recieved. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate. Customer assumes all responsibility of goods until the return order is received at our warehouse. We will not be able to issue refunds for lost items.
