Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Submit return requests by email to sales@knorts.com. All items must remain in perfect, unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Customer assumes all responsibility of goods until the return order is received at our warehouse. We will not be able to issue refunds for lost items. International orders that refuse to pay taxes and duties will not receive a refund if packages get rerouted and delivered back to us. Please read shipping policy for further information on international shipping. Any requests outside of these parameters will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns are not accepted for DIY items and yardage.
If you would like to try a different size or item, please contact us at sales@knorts.com, so we can assist with an exchange. Customer assumes all responsibility of goods until the exchange order is received at our warehouse. We will not be able to issue refunds for lost items.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Knorts website. A 2.9% and 3.9% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for orders made within the United States and International orders respectively. A 6% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for orders processed through AfterPay and a 9% credit card processing fee for orders processed through Shop Pay. Returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges do not incur restocking fees. Please note, your original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded if items are simply returned and not exchanged for a different size, style, and/or color.
