The Knortsface Puffer introduces a new direction in knit-based outerwear. One built not on softness alone, but on form, structure, and material intelligence.
Unlike traditional puffers that rely on quilted chambers to trap air, Knortsface uses an inter-looped knit architecture to create natural volume and insulation. Each loop contributes to both the garment’s density and its controlled warmth, resulting in a piece that feels sculptural rather than inflated.
At its core is a compressive knit shell engineered to hold its shape while adapting to the body’s movement. Inside, a shearling-knit liner provides thermal balance through texture and weight, offering warmth that feels inherent rather than layered on.
The result is a new material system: Knortsface Puffer Technology where knit construction meets outerwear engineering. It redefines how knit can perform in colder climates, transforming what was once considered softwear into technical armor.
